He was bornFebruary 24, 1918, in Bonne Terre. He was a member of the Desloge United Methodist Church; served in the US Army during ww II throughout the EuropeanAfrican Theaters of Operation. Preceded in death by her parents, William and Lora (McClary) Outman; wife, Betty Lee (Cook) Outman; brother, Robert Outman; two sisters: Eva David; Juanita Brown.
