There are secret battle stars hidden on the Fortnite map! Downfall Challenges in the Fortnite Season 8 Battle Pass are essentially rewards for completing Weekly Challenges.

Like the Blockbuster Challenges, Road Trip Challenges, Hunting Party Challenges, and Snowfall Challenges, completing all the challenges in a given week gets you a new loading screen, access to a secret battle token, and one step closer to the hidden skin, this time the Ruin outfit, for completing 55 of the 70 challenges.

Here's a map of the locations of every hidden battle star and secret banner so far:

Each loading screen will have a secret battle star hidden somewhere on the image, whether it be a faintly visible battle star or coordinates. These hints lead to actual battle stars that give a full tier reward upon collecting.

A look at every loading screen released so far:

Hidden Battle Star (1 Week)

Once you've completed all the challenges for one week, head over to the jungles of Lazy Lagoon and head for the small town. Get on top of the tallest tower to have the battle star spawn. Location is quadrant G3.

Hidden Banner (2 Weeks)

Once you've completed all the challenges for two weeks, head over to the giant volcano and head inside. Land near the throne and look for the banner on the left. Location is quadrant H3.

Hidden Battle Star (3 Weeks)

Once you've completed all the challenges for three weeks, head over to east side of the volcano and look for a small Mayan structure. Go up the steps to find your battle star. Location is quadrant I4.

Hidden Banner (4 Weeks)

Once you've completed all the challenges for four weeks, head over to the top of the volcano and land on the path on the north side. Look for the single torch to find the hidden banner. Location is quadrant H3.

Hidden Battle Star (5 Weeks)

Once you've completed all the challenges for five weeks, drop by the lava river spewing from the crack of the volcano. Get onto the piece of land between the split in the lava river to find the hidden battle star. Location is quadrant H4.

Hidden Banner (6 Weeks)

Once you've completed all the challenges for six weeks, head over to the pirate camp to the west of Lazy Lagoon. The hidden banner is south just after the cliff. Location is quadrant E3.

Hidden Battle Star (7 Weeks)

Once you've completed all the challenges for seven weeks, head over to the wooden rabbit north of Snobby Shores. Head up the back of the rabbit for the battle star to spawn. Location is quadrant A4.

Hidden Banner (8 Weeks)

Once you've completed all the challenges for eight weeks, head over to the icy remains of Greasy Grove north of Polar Peak. Get up onto the tallest chunk of ice to find your hidden banner. Location is quadrant C7.

Hidden Battle Star (9 Weeks)

Once you've completed all the challenges for nine weeks, land at the ship at the center of the viking village. Location is quadrant B6.

Once you've completed all the challenges for ten weeks, head over to the center of Loot Lake or at least what remains of the location. The hidden banner will appear near the northwestern edge of the metallic ring. Location is quadrant E4.
